The Administrative Support team manages financial, human resources, editorial, event planning and other general administrative issues for the Office of Communications and the Office of Community & Government Relations.
Manages all administrative tasks and responsibilities for the Vice Chancellor, oversees the administrative team, provides support and counsel to the Vice Chancellor’s Leadership Team, serves as financial control point, and is the liaison to Human Resources for policy implementation, personnel actions and initiatives.
Serves as lead financial administrator, serves as the general office manager, supports the Director of Office Operations and all other supervisors with tactical HR actions, and provides general administrative support to all staff.
Assists the Operations Manager with purchasing transactions. Provides backup support to the Digital Resource Specialist for online information distribution. Provides general administrative support and resource management to all staff.
