The Administrative Support team manages financial, human resources, editorial, event planning and other general administrative issues for the Office of Communications and the Office of Community & Government Relations.

Manages all administrative tasks and responsibilities for the Vice Chancellor, oversees the administrative team, provides support and counsel to the Vice Chancellor’s Leadership Team, serves as financial control point, and is the liaison to Human Resources for policy implementation, personnel actions and initiatives.

Serves as lead financial administrator, serves as the general office manager, supports the Director of Office Operations and all other supervisors with tactical HR actions, and provides general administrative support to all staff.

Centrally manages the digital tools, websites, and analytics programs that support the various functions of the Office of Communications. Works closely with the Brand Communications team to uphold brand compliance. Provides backup support to the Administrative Coordinator for online information distribution.

Assists the Operations Manager with purchasing transactions. Responsible for press release distribution, news tracking and compiling media coverage reports. Provides general administrative support and resource management to all staff within the Office of Communications.
