UCSF to Host Fourth Annual Veterans Open House and Job Fair

To allow veterans and military service members to get to know the UC San Francisco community and consider UCSF as an employer of choice, the University will host its fourth annual Veterans Open House and Job Fair on Friday, Nov. 8.

The University of California has a long history of welcoming student veterans and military personnel to its campuses, and the UCSF talent acquisition team aims to build upon this strong foundation by hiring even more veterans.

Whether job fair attendees are current or former members of the military, they will find UCSF to offer a supportive community dedicated to helping all employees succeed.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about job openings from UCSF hiring managers, to network with fellow veterans, and to attend a panel discussion that supports their job search, including tips for sharpening resume writing and interview skills. UCSF Chancellor Sam Hawgood, MBBS, will also deliver a keynote address.
