Acclaimed artist, singer and writer Rhodessa Jones and The Medea Project will perform at “Living Proof,” a celebration to benefit the 15th anniversary of the UCSF Women’s HIV Program.The evening will include performances by Bonnie Hayes and Linda Tillery, as well as special introductory remarks by former San Francisco Mayor, the Honorable Willie L. Brown, Jr. Living Proof supports the Women’s HIV Program in the UCSF National Center of Excellence in Women’s Health, and will honor award-winning broadcast journalist Barbara Rodgers; patient advocate Susan Ireland Shea, RN; and inspirational community leader Cassandra Steptoe.
