WHAT: A news conference about growing evidence that post-traumatic stress disorder takes a physical toll. Researchers, a policy expert, and a decorated veteran will discuss links between PTSD and changes in the brain, heart, and immune system; increased risk of dementia and early aging; and other physiological changes.
