Call for Nominations for Exceptional Physician Award
UCSF Medical Center is seeking nominations for the Exceptional Physician Award, which recognizes physicians, residents and clinical fellows for demonstrating the medical center values of Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Diversity and Excellence (PRIDE).
UCSF Medical Center will recognize up to four UCSF physicians with the awards on May 17 at the annual celebration.
Any UCSF attending physician, resident or clinical fellow may be nominated for this award. Submissions are due by Wednesday, March 31. A nomination form is attached.
