Archive: Campus Seeks Nominations for GLBT Award
It's time to nominate faculty, staff and trainees for the 2007 Chancellor's Award for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and/or Transgender Leadership.
This award recognizes contributions to the advancement of GLBT communities at UCSF.
Three individuals - one faculty/academic, one staff, and one student/resident/fellow/postdoctoral scholar - will be selected to receive this award at a special ceremony on Monday, June 11.
Nomination forms must be returned to the GLBT Leadership Award Committee, care of Robin McCartney, Box 0402, or faxed to 415/476-9634 by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 6.
Each recipient will receive $2,000. Individuals who meet one or more of the award criteria - whether or not they are gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender - are eligible to be nominated.
