Archive: Staff Appreciation Events at Laurel Heights

Campus Life Services' Arts & Events department and the Work~Life Resource Center are pleased to announce staff appreciation activities for the Laurel Heights campus. The first event is slated for Friday, July 14, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the View, located on the second floor. A free, light breakfast will be served. Chancellor Mike Bishop, MD, and other senior administrators will meet and greet staff at Laurel Heights. A raffle will be held at 9:30 a.m. Staff must be present to win. UCSF will present a free concert on Friday, July 21 at noon featuring June Kuramoto, the driving artistic force of the band Hiroshima. Kuramoto is a world-leading player of the koto, an ancient Chinese instrument. She has performed with Hiroshima for more than 20 years. This concert also will take place in the View. A free hot dog lunch will be given to the first 200 to arrive. Links: Campus Life Services
