Just days before the official opening of the Mission Bay Community Center in October 2005, UCSF campus architect Steve Wiesenthal, associate vice chancellor of Capital Projects & Facilities Management, toured the facility with its renowned Mexican architects, the father-and-son team of Ricardo and Victor Legorreta.
