Fresh New Look for Medical Center Spots on KGO
The UCSF Medical Center Update television spots airing on KGO television have a fresh new look starting today (Feb. 7), beginning with 30- and 60-second spots featuring the Pediatric Heart Center.
The spots will air during top-rated ABC network programs including Good Morning America, Morning News, Regis and Kelly, Oprah, Jeopardy, Ebert and Roeper and Nightline, and on the radio during the morning and afternoon commute times intermittently through March 14.
Also being updated is the mini-website that includes the TV spots, quizzes, articles and links to the medical center's website. The new look for the site also will launch on Monday.
Spots on brain-mapping/tumor treatment in the Neurosurgery Department are under production.
The medical center began a three-year partnership with KGO last April to produce television, radio and web promotion of a different topic every two months. Current and past TV spots also can be found at ucsfhealth.org/kgo.
