UCSF Children's Hospital doctor featured in New York Times

Robert Lustig, MD, a pediatric endocrinologist at UCSF Children’s Hospital, was featured in a front page story on Saturday, March 21, 2009 in The New York Times about the use of different sugar products in food and beverages. Lustig makes the point that both sucrose and high fructose corn syrup are equally bad for one’s health, and that fructose in particular can cause serious harm to the liver.
