The American Pharmacist Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) exemplified UCSF's vision of serving our community, as stated in the Strategic Plan at a health fair earlier this year.

Students set up information booths and screening stations at the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC), located in San Francisco.

The purpose of APhA-ASP is to plan, organize, coordinate and execute programs geared toward the improvement of the health, educational and social environment of underserved communities; while providing opportunities for professional development.
