Arts & Events is hosting three summertime picnic concerts on August 14, 15 and 16 at Parnassus, Mission Center Building and Mission Bay, respectively.
Free entertainment is by the San Francisco-based group Kapakahi, which in Hawaiian translates to twisted, bent and confused. The group's sound, which brings together five different musical and geographical backgrounds, is an eclectic mix of catchy pop, hip-hop, reggae, Latin and some funk.
