2012 Multimedia Highlights: Sights and Sounds of UCSF


UCSF is at the center of a significant revolution in San Francisco — an economic boom of biomedical research and technology. A report citing San Francisco as the center of health innovation was released in October at the region’s leading economic and jobs summit, where this video featuring Chancellor Susan Desmond-Hellmann and others debuted.

This sampling of videos showcases the breadth and depth of activities of clinicians, researchers, educators, students, alumni and members of the public working together to improve health, advance biosciences research and build community.
