Commercial Deliveries and Accountable Mail

Packages from commercial carriers and accountable mail are generally delivered directly to the recipient. These items should be addressed with the geographic zip code rather than the UCSF unique zip code of 94143.

• Commercial carriers – FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Accountable mail – Registered, certified, insured and/or express mail for which a signature is required. (If accountable mail is received at the central UCSF mail facility, UCSF staff sign, enter it into a database for tracking purposes and then deliver it to the addressee.)
