October Town Halls to Update Strategic Planning

Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost A. Eugene Washington will lead a series of town hall meetings to share information about the Strategic Planning Initiative, respond to questions from the community and gather feedback. Town hall meetings have been scheduled at noon for the following dates and locations:
  • San Francisco General Hospital Medical Center: Tuesday, Oct. 3, Carr Auditorium
  • Mount Zion: Wednesday, Oct. 4, Herbst Hall
  • Laurel Heights: Thursday, Oct. 5, Conference Center Auditorium
  • Mission Bay: Tuesday, Oct. 10, Byer's Hall
  • Parnassus Heights: Wednesday, Oct. 11, School of Nursing, room N 225
  • Veteran's Affairs Medical Center: Thursday, Oct.12, building 7, room 112
Those interested in attending one of the town halls, are asked to please sign up here. UCSF is engaged in a strategic planning process that is projected to culminate in February 2007 with a comprehensive plan to determine priorities that will drive the University's future. The University's goals are twofold: to develop a comprehensive integrated strategic plan based on academic priorities and to collaboratively engage the UCSF community, including faculty, staff, students and community partners in the process.
