UCSF recently adopted its Long Range Development Plan and will begin renovations on major campus buildings starting in May 2015. The first phase of the project will include the demolitions of Medical Research Building 4 and Laboratory of Radiobiology. Starting in fall 2015, UCSF will renovate and make seismic improvements to the Clinical Sciences Building on Parnassus Avenue. This project is expected to be completed by the fall of 2018.

Parnassus Quarterly Construction Community Meeting
UCSF held a community meeting on May 3 to update our community on various projects and plans on our Parnassus Heights campus. Please click the below links for the information shared with the community.

A median will be installed by the San Francisco Department of Public Works at 5th and Kirkham address traffic issues at the intersection. UCSF is fully funding the project. Additional information can be found in the below documents.

UC Hall Study Group Meetings:
An earlier community process discussed the future of UC Hall, which will be renovated and used for housing and office space by 2019.
