The following are a few facts regarding our True Colors® Workshop. If you wish to learn more about the True Colors® tool itself, a good resource is the True Colors® web site which has an abundance of information as well as historical data.
Facts:
We have found the minimal time that needs to be devoted to a True Colors® workshop is 3 hours. Additional time can be spent to accommodate your particular needs and deepen understanding.
There is a modest recharge for services.
We utilize one or two certified True Colors® facilitators for the workshop, depending on the number of participants.
The seminar requires a booklet for each participant. There is more than one type of booklet available; however, we have found two to be especially pertinent for the audience at UCSF:
-
The “Keys to Personal Success” is the “basic” booklet. It contains a set of cards that the participant will use to help determine his or her own personal True Colors® profile plus additional information regarding the characteristics associated with each of the colors.
-
The “Keys to Successful Business Leadership” is targeted towards managers and leadership. In addition to all the elements contained in the basic edition it contains additional cards specific to management and leadership characteristics. The guide can help to facilitate the understanding of one’s leadership style.
-
As certified trainers we get a discount off the price of materials which we will gladly pass on to you.
-
We do not carry stock on the materials here and it takes approximately two weeks to receive them. We can help you coordinate with True Colors® order department.
