Research Interests:
1) Understanding
the functions of extracellular enamel matrix proteins (i.e.
amelogenins) in
enamel formation and their potential signal transduction ability.
2)
Interested
in understanding the interactions between components of dental
extracellular
matrix (i.e. proteins/proteinases, protein/hydroxyapatite) by using
microcalorimetric detection.
