PREREQUISITES
FOR ADMISSION
The minimum requirement for application to the PSPG program is
a baccalaureate degree. A master's degree is not a prerequisite
for admission. Applicants are expected to have adequate preparation
in the biological and physical sciences. In most cases, adequate
background preparation includes such courses as analytical geometry
and calculus, physics, physical chemistry (physical pharmacy),
organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology,
and biological sciences. Students who are lacking some of these
courses may complete them before admission or during the first
year of graduate school.
