UCSF is in the process of developing its own Research Education and Compliance Activities Program and members of the campus are invited on February 6 to hear about UC Irvine's experience. Chancellor's Awards for Exceptional University Service and Exceptional University Management Nominations are now being accepted for the Chancellor's Award for Exceptional University Service and the Chancellor's Award for Exceptional University Management. Both awards recognize non-academic employees who have consistently performed in their University positions at a level beyond what is ordinarily expected. Details and criteria are described in the nomination form which was recently distributed to the campus community. The award includes a certificate and a check for $3,000 (before taxes) which will be presented at the Founders Day Luncheon on Tuesday, April 17. Nomination forms may be obtained from Human Resources (Laurel Heights, Suite 305 and 330), the Chancellor's Office, via the HR website, or by contacting Joanne Fraysse, 476-4285.
