Another Mission Building: 20th and Harrison

20th and HarrisonBecause two of the first three people to respond correctly to this week's Daybreak contest are previous winners, we'll be sending mugs not only to them but also to three other responders. These winners are Katherine Ho, Deanna McHugh, Lisa Blutman, Frances Lee and Jimmy Choy. However, from now on, you will only be eligible to win a Daybreak contest once, in the interest of fair play.

With that out of the way, the answer to this week's contest is the 20th and Harrison building.

This week's winners will soon receive their Daybreak mugs, but you still have more chances to win one of your very own by reading Daybreak next Monday. In the meantime, here's some history:

UCSF leases approximately 48,700 gross square feet in the three-story Harrison Street building located in San Francisco's Mission District at 3130 20th Street. The 0.92 acre site is three miles southeast of Parnassus Heights, seven blocks from Mission Center and six blocks from San Francisco General Hospital.

The Harrison Street building was constructed in 1952 and is occupied by administrative support units, Facilities Management and academic programs in the School of Medicine.
