The evaluation will examine the lessons learned in developing academic-community partnerships and capture the outcomes achieved at the local level.

Document overall impact of national program

• What models are CoEs developing across the country to best interface with the community?
• How do academic-community partnerships mutually benefit the health of women in the community and the mission of the academic institution?

Offer technical assistance to the local sites in documenting the process of implementation and in measuring the outcomes achieved.

• What strategies were most successful in implementing the project and in ensuring that the partnership was successful?
• What results emerged at the local level - both expected and not expected - in meeting the needs of the community?
