You may wish to make a gift in memory of a special family member or friend, or to honor someone on a special occasion. Please include the name of the individual on your check, or by using our online form.

How to Donate Online

Click on the "Make a Gift" icon to create a secure connection to the UCSF Foundation in a separate window (you may need to hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard, as you click "Make a Gift," for the new window to open). On the first page of the UCSF Foundation site choose your "Gift Type," then click "Continue." The next page, "Gift Designation," will allow you to designate your gift. If you select Research or Patient Care, you will be given a list of options to choose from. Then proceed with personal and payment information to complete your donation.

An automatic confirmation of your gift will be sent to the email address you provide and a receipt for your tax records will follow in the mail.

How to Donate by Mail

Please make your check payable to the UCSF Foundation, and include a brief statement on the memo of your check (such as "MS Center" or "Neurology Residency Program"). You will receive a confirmation note in the mail for your tax records.
