Lisa Cisneros, editor-in-chief of the UCSF.edu website, produces videos and covers general news for UCSF. Since 1994, she has served in a variety of communications roles at UCSF, including editor of the campus newspaper and assistant director of internal communications. With 25 years experience in journalism and public relations, Cisneros has previously worked as a newspaper reporter, covering education, health care, sports and city government. She holds a BA degree from San Francisco State University in Broadcast Journalism and a minor degree in Print Journalism.
