UCSF Nursing Centennial Wall of Fame Nominations

About the Wall of Fame:The UCSF School of Nursing and the Nursing Alumni Association Board will commemorate the UCSF Nursing Centennial by establishing a "Wall of Fame," which will recognize 100 oustanding alumni and faculty. The Wall will be displayed at Alumni Day, at the School, and at other Centennial events.

Submit a Nomination: We welcome your participation in this effort to celebrate the achievements of our most distinguished alumni and friends. (See nomination instructions below.) • He/She has demonstrated service and/or leadership that contributed to the growth and development of the UCSF School of Nursing, and
  • The service is/was continuous and sustained.
Selection Committee: The selection committee will include Nursing Alumni Board members and members of our Centennial planning committee. Final selection of awardees will be made in consultation with the Dean.
