In her State of the University Address in October 2011, UCSF Chancellor Susan Desmond-Hellmann, MD, MPH, outlined a three-year strategic plan that updates the University's first-ever campuswide strategic plan unveiled in 2007. Desmond-Hellmann worked with members of her leadership team, the Chancellor's Executive Cabinet, and others to develop UCSF's plan through 2015, which spells out UCSF's vision, mission and goals.
